The majority of Direct Debit payers received payment into their bank account on 6th May 2022.
Due to government guidance on how we should administer the scheme, there are a small number of Direct Debit payers who we have not been able to pay:
If you do not pay by Direct Debit we will be writing to you in the coming weeks to invite you to apply for the rebate.
Our staff are working hard to roll out the rebate scheme in addition to their normal workload.
Please do not chase progress on this as this will only delay matters.
